SEASON 2024: 

KZ2 World Cup 26/101 

KZ2 SM series: 4th place

​

The early part of the year was spent competing internationally in the OK class. At Midsummer, we switched to the KZ2 class, i.e. gearbox karting cars. The SM series was held in Kotka, Pori, and Lentola. With a good series and the experience gained from it, we went to the World Championships and the Champions of the Future preliminary competition with confidence. Success came naturally in both the preliminary competitions and the World Championships. As a rookie driver, MARA got to experience the world's toughest competition and successes. 

The final result of the preliminary competition was 18/82. The final result of the World Cup, i.e. the World Championships, was 26/101.

SEASON 2023: 

Martti drove the rest of the season as the official factory driver for the Birel ART Racing Team. Martti's teammates in the OK class were last year's OK class world champion Matheus Morgatto and Sweden's Joel Bergström, so the competition within his own team was fierce.
